Summer is upon us and you know what that means… endless pool parties and trips to the beach. Which means you’re likely to be in swimwear most weekends showing off that beach bod. Eating healthy and exercising regularly should be a lifestyle and daily routine but we know it’s not easy to stay on the wagon and the busy-ness of life can get in the way and before you know it, a little pooch has taken residence on your belly. Luckily we’ve been there and know a thing or two to help lower that belly fat and get those ab muscles back in shape.

Set aside 15 minutes of time 3 days per week. You’ll want to do each circuit as many times as you can in 7.5 minutes.

Circuit 1:

40 mountain climbers

50 bicycles

20 toe taps

Circuit 2:

20 burpees

30 Russian twists

20 straight leg sit ups

Of course exercising only works when you’re eating a healthy and clean diet. If you find yourself craving sweets and processed foods, or, if you want to supercharge your ab goals, consider kicking your routine off with a cleanse. Then, make sure to plan some healthy meal options to go along with your exercise plan. Beach bod, here you come!
