Pick one up post-workout to help soothe and repair those tired muscles, and grab an extra for later to whip up one of our favorite holiday smoothies, using Superfood Protein as the base. These three combos harness all the flavors of the season to bring you healthier, protein-packed versions of your holiday favorites, with none of the junk.

1/2 bottle (1 cup) Nekter Grab ’N’ Go Superfood Protein

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 pitted Medjool dates

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

pinch of sea salt

1 frozen banana

1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth, then top with more cinnamon or nutmeg.
